Visitrax

Visitrax, our widely used software solution, is installed in over three hundred private duty, staffing, and Medicare certified offices across the US. While maintaining a focus on simplicity, our team of designers and programmers has packed Visitrax with functionality to automate what many agencies still do manually. From caregiver credential management to the complexities of scheduling, payroll, billing, and accounts recievables, Visitrax' integrated design will lighten the workload of your staff and give your business the automation advantage needed for success in home care. The three main modules include Operations, Scheduling and Billing.

Stratis Link

Stratis Link is a mobile application geared towards administrators and on-call staff. This Palm OS based application allows office workers to take the most important information from Visitrax with them while out of the office. When the user performs a HotSync operation with Stratis Link, the handheld device and Visitrax will synchronize client, caregiver, and schedule information.

When the user is outside of the office they will be able to look up client information, caregiver information, and schedules for each. If there is an emergency or something needs to be changed, they can simply change the information on their Palm Pilot and the new information will be moved into Visitrax during the next HotSync.

Stratis Web

Stratis Web is a web solution that allows clients and caregivers to check their Visitrax schedules remotely over the internet. A client can log into the site and see the time, caregiver, and status of any visit they have scheduled in Visitrax. Caregivers have the ability to view all their Visitrax schedules, as well as pertinent patient information for each visit. Additional functionality includes the ability to view a printable patient information sheet and generate a map to the patient’s location at the click of a button.
