Visitrax
Microsoft Access Based Back-Office Solution
Visitrax is a comprehensive home care information system with a logical, intuitive, and easy to use interface. The goal was to build a system that could be used immediately with little or no training. Users of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Access will be able to navigate the entire system with little effort. Even first-time computer users can be up and running in minutes!
Visitrax is different from most of the home care systems on the market today because, from its inception, it was designed for the challenges of the private duty home care market. Although it provides the functionality needed to run a Medicare operation, it does not enforce the rigid operational rules that would be found in a more clinical oriented Medicare system. For example, the system will allow schedules to be built without a physician's order. Tracking tools will indicate that the order has not yet been recieved, but the scheduler is free to begin visit assignments in advance of the order.
Before building Visitrax we were owners and managers of home health care agencies. Frustrated by inflexible, inferior systems with poor support, we set out to build a better home care system. With a focus that placed client support and product development above Sales and Marketing, we steadily built our loyal client base. We strongly recommend you contact the current users of any solution you are considering. Our clients are located across the United States from Florida to Hawaii and cover the Private Duty, Medicare Certified, Registry, and Staffing segments of the industry. We hope you attend the home care trade shows across the country. When you do, you'll meet our clients. Then you will want to meet us..
