Remote Support
Remote support should be used in instances when it would be beneficial for us to see and/or manipulate your computer screen. Please do not attempt to use remote support unless directed by a support representative.
Follow these steps to request remote support:
- Call our support line at 561.447.7111 and speak with a support representative.
- Download the executable and choose Run when prompted.
- Enter the pass-key given to you by the support representative.
- Wait for the connection to be established.
File Downloads
File downloads include items such as updated instruction manuals, tutorials, and product updates that are not applied automatically. Please do not attemp to connect to our FTP site unless directed by a support representative.
Follow these steps to upload/download important files:
- Call our support line at 561.447.7111 and speak with a support representative.
- Connect to ftp://ftp.stratisinc.com and log in with the credentials supplied to you.
