Soneto can be configured to run in-house on an office’s local or wide area network or it can be set up in a hosted environment where data access is available through web services and the Internet. Smaller agencies may prefer a hosted environment where all hardware and software is centralized and managed off-site. Also, organizations may chose to host Soneto themselves, retaining control over resources and the operating environment.
